Dr. Kailee Scurpa
VP of Operations
Kailee earned her PharmD and a BS in Pharmacy Foundations from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has a strong passion for women’s health and finds fulfillment in supporting patients through all aspects of their wellness journey. Kailee is driven by a desire to help others and bring a compassionate, whole-person approach to pharmacy care. Outside of work, she enjoys walking the beach with her family, cheering on Pittsburgh sports teams, and spending time on the golf course.
Jennifer Kitchens, RPh
Pharmacist
Jennifer has been a part of the MCSP family for many years. Her career expands over pediatrics, asthma, women’s health, indigent care, and the whole population in general. She attended pharmacy school at the University of South Carolina and is a proud wife and a mom of two wonderful young women.
Greg Badway, RPh
Pharmacist
Greg comes from a long line of pharmacists, from his grandfather, father and two siblings. He graduated with a BS in Pharmacy from UNC Chapel Hill. Spending the last 30 years working in community pharmacy he has enjoyed helping his patients achieve their optimal health goals. Greg is very excited to return to pharmacy compounding, which was a passion early in his career. In his spare time, he likes spending time with his family enjoying the outdoors, either hiking in the mountains, or enjoying the many water activities coastal living provides.
Dr. Jessica Fellenzer
Pharmacist
Jessica earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from High Point University, where she also completed her undergraduate studies. She is passionate about patient-centered care and enjoys helping patients understand their medications and feel confident in their treatment plans. Jessica values building strong relationships with her patients and being a trusted resource in their healthcare. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, shopping, and has a passion for fashion.
Dr. Hannah Futrell
Pharmacist
Hannah is pharmacist born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina. She earned a BS in Biology from UNCW and then went on to pharmacy school at Wingate University. She likes working with patients, helping them make sense of their medications while safely managing them. Outside of work, she enjoys watching movies and listening to music.
Dean King
Contact Center Manager
Dean joined us in 2024 as Contact Center Manager with over 20 years’ experience in customer service. He brings a vision for expanding our patient education and refining our processes to provide our patients with a seamless customer service experience. Dean enjoys spending his time exploring the Wilmington food scene with his wife and two children.
Alisha Brendle, CPhT-Adv
Compounding Lab Supervisor
Originally from Mount Holly, NC, Alisha began her pharmacy career in 2005. She earned a BA in Accounting while working in retail pharmacy, then found a home locally, bringing her to MCSP in 2015. Alisha has worked in every department of the pharmacy — and finally landed in the compounding lab, where she has earned the title of Compounding Lab Supervisor. She enjoys spending time with family and furthering her specialty technician skills through advanced certificates.
Shae Katz
Territory Manager
Shae graduated from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington with a BS in Public Health and a concentration in Pre-Clinical Studies. She is passionate about the healthcare industry and evidence-based medicine.
When she’s not visiting providers she enjoys travelling and catching up with family or friends or enjoying our local beaches.
Molly Enright
Territory Manager
Molly graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technology and a minor in Leadership and Social Change. She has a passion for creating and nurturing impactful, professional relationships.
When she’s not building relationships, Molly enjoys spending her days outside exploring all that Wilmington has to offer, spending quality time with friends and family, or travelling.

Riley graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Public Relations and Advertising. She’s passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping others, with a particular interest in sales, marketing, and the healthcare sector.
When Riley isn’t focused on making connections or exploring new ways to contribute to her field, she enjoys spending time at the beach. Always eager to grow both professionally and personally, Riley is driven by the desire to make a positive impact wherever she can.
Bobbie Mills

With a business degree from UNC Greensboro and a passion for building meaningful relationships, Bobbie Mills brings energy, strategy, and a touch of Southern charm to MCSP. She thrives on connecting with providers, solving challenges with a personal touch, and turning goals into growth across every account.
When she’s not building connections, you’ll likely find Bobbie enjoying the outdoors with her husband and two kids. Fueled by curiosity and a genuine love for people, she believes the best sales conversations always start with a heartfelt “How are you?”.
Henry Herring, RPh
Founder
Henry is MCSP’s original founder, having started Medical Center Pharmacy in 1990. He received his BA in Chemistry from UNC-Chapel Hill and his BS in Pharmacy from Samford University. At the end of 2024, Henry officially handed over the reins to MCSP to retire and spend time doing what we loves most – travelling, cheering on the Tar Heels, and soaking up time with his growing grandchildren.
Medical Center Specialty Pharmacy specializes in medicated sinus irrigations. We offer several treatment options for chronic sinus conditions. Custom compounded steroids, antibiotics and anti-fungals are delivered into the sinus cavities, most commonly by way of irrigation or nebulizer to treat various sinus conditions.
